  When I walked into the store it took over 5 minutes for a rep to acknowledge me. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. Once I had the opportunity to speak with someone I was very disappointed. First I was told that my questions about the gizmo pal (kids watch used to make phone calls and track via gps) could not be answered because, "they don't sell many of them." Next, my question was about my charger for my one month old phone not working properly. The reps response was that it will give you error messages sometimes, but it's nothing to worry about. When I told him it doesn't seem normal, he told me he's sure there is no problem. He was "sure" there was no issue, but it turns out there was. Once I got my sense back and went to an actual Verizon Wireless store, they replaced my charger free of cost because it was defective. This store is more conveniently located for me, but I will never go back and waste my time again.
