  They have good customer service SKILLS but when it came down to doing the transactions and contract agreement the process toke 3 to 4 hours long of a transaction that should only take 30 to 45 min. Also when they did the photo and contact transfer, all my photo and contact didn't sync to the other phone. So the sale rep said they will lock it up until I come back. When I called back to make sure my phone was their the whip it out and shipped it back with out do another transfer. So I lost a lot of memorize and will never get the photos back. I will never come to t mobile in marketplace ever in my life
