  The sales rep was new and knew practically nothing! They told us they had to order the phone and it would take 3-5 business days. The follow-up email that we received said 2-3 weeks! When I called the store back , they said it was on back order. We canceled the purchase. I would definitely not recommend this location.

  I came for my warranty screen protector replacement, It was installed unprofessionally with bubbles and dust, I was given no box back or anything, I was assured if bubbles did not go away, come back. So here I am back asking for another replacement. The Employee showed me All the screen Protectors for my phone, which were locked up, and showed me that my certain brand screen protector bodyguardz was not available, but there were other brands. Such as Zag, So he would speak to the manager to see what would be done. The Manager Loren, Told us there were no more screen protectors for Note5. Said it was discontinued, and all accessories were also discontinued, and that nothing could be done but for us to go through the actual bodygaurdz website. So here the manger is caught lying, and is being rude all at the same time. when I pointed out that there were other brands, Manager Loren denied there was anything left for my phone and looked at the employee and encouraged him to lie, even when I saw it all with my son. It's one thing not wanting to work with me, but another thing to lie directly to my son who is the one who was promised a screen Protector should anything go wrong with the one put on. We were given box no packaging or papers included which were required to go through the bodygaurdz company to have them replace it. The least the Manger Loren could do was give us the other screen protector brand, which is actually cheaper and they are actually trying to get rid of by selling them for couple dollars because note 5 is "discontinued" but denied they even have them, Manger Loren made her and the employees look like fools by lying to my face. To top it,she mockingly told me to go complain about her and offers a business card. Did not even once apologize for the inconvenience. Shoppers beware shopping at this AT&T.
