  I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years. Two years ago, I broke the phone that I had owned for three years, and came to the store with the intention to replace my iPhone 5 and upgrade to an iPhone 6 or 6s. The salesman completely lied to me and told me that if I signed up for the iPhone forever plan, I would receive a $15 credit every month, and therefore my phone cost $7 per month for two years. After the two years, I was told that I would own the phone, meaning that the total cost for the phone, spread out over a 2 year period would be $168. This deal seemed a little too good to be true, so I ran the numbers past the salesman a couple times, and he assured me that my understanding was correct. Because of this assurance, I chose this option over a 2 year contract and a $200 one-time payment on the phone. However, on my bill I only received a $10 credit, meaning that my phone would cost $12 a month, so that at the end of the two years the total cost would be $288. Now, I am being told that in order to own the phone, I will have to pay an additional $140. I am extremely disappointed, as this salesman absolutely and totally lied to me, and I have wasted over $250 because of his untruthfulness.
