  I have purchased multiple mattresses from Sleep City over the last two decades. Each time I visit I am treated very well, made to feel comfortable without a hovering sales person nipping at my heels, which is always a pleasant experience. A wonderful bonus of shopping at Sleep City is the records kept of their customers and mattress purchases. It enables me to keep track of which mattress type each family member prefers without hopping on dozens of mattresses and playing the guessing game. My new mattress was delivered yesterday and I simply LOVE it! Due to an injury, I am not mobile enough to get into the showroom. I made a call to the Henrietta location, reviewed my previous order and Gino helped me tweak this order to suit my current needs in getting great sleep. Sight unseen, I managed to get the 'just right' mattress for me, yet again. I recommend Sleep City to everyone. Trust me, they have a mattress for you no matter your budget or sleeping preferences.

  Please take your dismal children (or grandchildren ) off your tv commercials. I am not surprised that you are so dumb as to think these kids are a “selling product”. They drive my attention and consideration away to consider to buy anything from your store. It’s a tacky and tired approach to sell mattress product. Let it go...or engage your “kids” to be a lot more “adorable” and “fully conscious “. I’ll shop elsewhere this time.
