  Called to ask about a specific part, i was able to come in and pick it up the same day. The guy I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, I gave him a vague description of another part that I needed and he was able to find it almost immediately. Great service, I'll definitely remember them if I need parts or im in the market for a refurbished Appliance .

  We bought a new washing machine when our old one died. The staff was so helpful and not pushy at all. We had a "new" one installed within a day. Fast forward a couple months and the washer had an issue. They honored their warranty without question. They came when they said and were PROMPT! The service guy was professional and courteous. He fixed it! I've been really pleased with the service--customer service is still alive! Thank you!
