  Red Front does what it does for those in downtown Rochester. There's no fast food downtown. Barely any affordable places to eat for the average Joe anymore. Yet, we still have Red Front. You can pop in and get a quick bite of basically any classic american cuisine for either breakfast or lunch, sit down and watch the news or read the paper. The only flaw is that they cash payroll checks for people but charge a huge interest rate, and there's the occasional crackhead lurking outdoors panhandling..or outright coming into the doorway area to panhandle. That's why I gave it a 3.
