As I waited for over 40 minutes for the employee to figure out why a coupon would not apply (reason being they sold me something that was marked out of stock for full price after knowing it had been on clearance for months and marked out). NOT ONE time did either of the 2 workers (manager and employee) apologize for my wait or struggles as my 2 children grew impatient waiting. Very poorly handled on the workers part.
