  This is a great place to go. I picked out my prom dress and I am in love. The staff were very helpful, there is tons of selection, and overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!!!

  Be ware if you shop here. Staff is great, but if you have an issue be prepared to be treated badly by the owner. She will not return your call, when you appear in person for a status she is condescending and doesn't give a date to follow up until you press her(and she still doesn't follow through to call you). She reasons that because a dress was bought on sale, that justifies not providing good service. Whether a gown is on sale or not, that should not change the level of service or the quality of the garment you spent A LOT of money for. She also seems to believe that a month of no follow up is timely customer service. A month of no communication is not efficient by any standard. The owner sets the tone that her time is more important than yours and she accused of me lying about how many times I called for a status. I didn't even remind her that I made 4 in person trips to the store (in 3.5 weeks). I finally had enough and took my gown home. Buyer be ware, Kathie will gladly take your money, but when you have an issue she puts you off and tries to dismiss you. She has no clue what the value of excellent customer service is.
