  The customer service has 9/10 times been disappointing to say the least. Although this store can be useful for the tool you may only need only once, their marketing scheme is so scamy it's hard for me to give them business. This new "Hercules" line is complete garbage, and for them to even compare it to Dewalt is disrespectful and fraudulent. Check out a tear down of their new "professional grade" lines on YouTube, and watch out for how they market their stuff to be 50% better than competitors, when the competitor is actually their cheaper products (look for the asterisk near these statements, that prevents them from getting sued).

  I love the variety of tools, the quality of the tools, and they even look like the more expensive Brands. They have good comparisons to the more expensive Brands and oftentimes beat them out. A lot of their tools also have a lifetime warranty which is appreciated. Also never check out from there without going on their website and using one of their free coupons
