  Terrible service. Came in at around 10 am, and the store was mildly busy. I walked back to the firearms counter, took a number and patiently waited by the counter. When I arrived, there were two groups in front of me being helped. There I stood for 40 minutes waiting for so much as some form of acknowledgment from an employee, but it never happened. Instead, the employees would finish one transaction and pick customers who had casually jumped the line. Every few minutes an employee would look over at me from a distance, and then quickly look away. VERY disorganized and because the employees failed to call out numbers, that customers are instructed to take, any random individual could walk up and budge the line by stopping employees. Worse yet, those employees had obviously seen people patiently waiting for service, and did nothing to either talk to the customer or help them. I suppose customer satisfaction isn't a strong point in this companies policies. First come first serve? More aptly: Don't come at all.

  Very good selection of archery, firearms and hunting gear. Very friendly helpful staff. P Young was very very helpful courteous and very knowledgeable. The prices here are very competitive and they have great deals on preowned firearms. I wish I would have bought my first hand gun here. I would have saved close to 200 dollars!
