  If I could I would give this company no stars. First of all the guys that came in explained the system to my wife and I were the only positive of using this company. My wife and I were getting married and had to schedule a week that we were not be home. I have a drive called and tried to do the installation of the week that we told them we could not do. It was an argument with customer service I’m trying to explain that we were not going to be home. Finally once we excepted the date for the work to begin the crew was awesome. Until they did not clean up after themselves every single day that they were here. They try to cover up everything in the basement but there was still Martin dirt all over the place. I met the foreman/manager John I believe his name was and he promised the world little did I know I was not getting anything like that. The last day of work my father-in-law was here and did not know what to expect. The house was a mass and I had to spend the weekend cleaning my house. Come to find out they broke my Spicket outside left holes in my draw drywall and does well did not finish connecting pipes. I called to see if they would make this right by me I was told by John that someone would come out and fix the problem, someone dead but it wasn’t for a couple days. John then promised me reimbursement of my money that I spent to fix everything in my house he then proceeded to tell me that he would get me $100 gift card to Home Depot for the inconvenience of all the work at first he offered to take my wife and I out to dinner but we told him that we were tied up after selling our house so that is why he offered the hundred dollar gift card. It has been now three weeks after numerous calls and texts I do not get anything back from John and I’m out the gift card. Why promise something and not come through with it once they take your money this company does not care about you I would not recommend this company to anyone

  Three gentlemen from Everdry just left my home and i couldn't be more impressed by their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism! Years back, I had installed a full Everdry basement system because I keep old family papers and photos from the 1700's and 1800's there. The system has worked beautifully and the annual warranty deposit is pennies compared with the service you get. Everdry is the best deal on the market because they quickly answer their phone, courteously put you through to exactly whom you need to answer your questions, schedule an appointment that suits your schedule, sends out personnel who are polite, cover their shoes, and waste no time in getting the job done and done right. Everdry then follows up with a personal phone call ; a real person who cares about your experience and listens! No online follow up! Although I didn't hear it from upstairs, and they were very careful with volume, I got a kick out of their radio playing oldies by Frank Sinatra! So different from other workers I've encountered! These men took the time to explain what they had done, and cleaned up very thoroughly. I highly recommend Everdry to anyone who wants to make their basement a healthy- living space! Jerry was so concerned about double and triple checking his work, I wished he'd been around when I ran my own business! Thank you, Everdry, for taking such good care of my home. Barbara J. Wadsworth.
