  I was supposed to get a call last fall when a bar they ordered for my industrial came in, but I never did. They said it would take about 6 weeks or sightless more, so after two and a half months of not hearing anything I called and was told by a female that they had no idea of this order which was placed in person. Overall, I have had good experiences here and all the piercers are knowledgeable and friendly. Their jewelry is expensive, but it is high quality. Would still go here, but will likely never special order anything again.
