  Overall the store has one of the widest selections of any Dick's in the area being that it's a two story building. It's convenient as it's currently right across from Field & Stream so if you don't find what you're looking for you can hop across the street. I can't say much for the staff, they seem about average for what you'd expect, not jumping through hoops to help you but they are helpful. Sometimes specific department staff can be hard to find (Fishing, Outdoor sports, Bikes) I agree the bathrooms are poor, they constantly update the store's layout but rarely contribute any of that effort to the bathroom tucked away in a hallway in the back.

  Purchased a bicycle last year, associate also sold me a 3 year service/warranty agreement. In few weeks the crank arm got loose and suffered damage, because bolts were not tied enough. This year I brought bike for service, few gears were not working fine under load. It's been 2 weeks now, the bike is still in the "service", but now, the cassette nut is locked, and read hydraulic brakes are frozen. Furthermore, rear wheel is missing parts. I feel like more time the bike is in Dick's service - more damage it will suffer. I feel like they have summer interns who work on bikes! Never buy their service - use local bike shop, it will be quicker, and cheaper at the end.
