  Waited in line for an hour for a 15 minute interior cleaning. During this time 5 cars went in to the service bays. I called and was told they were slammed due to the sheer volume of cars, apparently 5 in an hour is their limit. I went over to the gas station and got a refund. Lots of employees standing around talking or walking around on their cell phones. Will not be back, cancelling my unlimited wash subscription as they have no idea how to staff or offer customer service.
