  Pharmacist is not a nice person and doesn't listen. I explained location and dates and spelled my name a dozen times each. No concerns about the customer.

  The last two times I have gone to pick up my prescriptions at CVS 525 Spencerport Road, after ordering by phone and receiving confirmation they would be ready at 1:00 PM the next day, they have not been ready. On the first occasion the pharmacy was out of the dosage size the doctor prescribed(the pharmacy made no attempt to contact the doctor or me to tell me there was a problem. On the second occasion(today) I went to pick up a phoned-in prescription which had been confirmed for pickup on Tue(two days ago), and was told no such order had been received and if I was willing to wait, they would fill it for me. In that I am 79 years old and walk a half mile to the pharmacy, I was annoyed at the inconvenience of a wait which seems to me to be the advantage of phoning in prescriptions. I declined to have the prescription filled, and am now considering choosing another, and closer, pharmacy.
