  I was so excited when I first heard of this opening and the potential retailers coming in a nice new hotel which the hotel is absolutely beautiful nicely done but the supermarket poor planning on their part part drove them out all the other major anchors drove them out it was a planning disappointment the developers blew it... not Walking friendly having a parking lot at the center of everything rather than making the experience about walking get a clue people go to any other city and you'll see these huge successes of this type of town development atmosphere the local Village about out walking it's about parking in front of stores but not the parking overwhelming everything too bad Rochester still can't get it right
