  We bought a dishwasher about 5 years ago from Charlotte and had a very pleasant experience. When it was time for a new range we did look around and when we found the price at Charlotte was as low as any competition it was an easy decision to go with Charlotte again. I wish I could recall the salmons name we worked with and probably have it in our file of the purchase. The guy was great, not pushy, honest and knew what he was talking about. This was a fairly expensive range so they had to order it and the guys that delivered it a week before Thanksgiving did a great job of delivery and installation. Just an all around great experience you cannot get from a big box store. I highly recommend Charlotte Appliance.
