  The staff is arrogant to say the least. When you have a coupon for bye bye baby and try to use it they will not accept it without a fight. The people buying for the baby shower we are having have all had a bad experience with this store. I have brought 6 people there myself and it has been a nightmare every time. I can not wait until I no longer have to buy from this store. It is a shame because I wanted this to be fun as it is my last baby shower for my children personally. In the future I will purchase from other places for any baby purchases. I have spent hundreds of dollars there already but my future gifts will be from elsewhere.
